Challenge

To redesign a large, complex website for Lennar that executives, agents, home owners, and prospective buyers could use to make informed decisions. This website needed to work for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Due to the complexity of the website, there were no “out of the box” frameworks to use, so the design and development was all from the ground up.

Solution

I was brought on to the team after research was conducted and the challenges were fairly well understood and outlined. Based on Lennar’s priorities, I created the information architecture for the site, and then translated that into workflows and functional specifications in the form of annotated wireframes for all three form factors.
